SHIPPING

LIFEES ships orders within the United States and to select international destinations.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, product availability, customs clearance, and seasonal shipping volume.

For international orders, shipping times may be longer due to customs processing, local carrier delivery, or import requirements in the destination country.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries and regions. Shipping rates and available delivery options will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

LIFEES is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us at service@lifees.com and we will help review the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to help update the address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and personal care reasons, opened or used bath, body, skincare, or mist products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.
